2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of AeroDive via the website.
3. Products and Terms of Use
AeroDive sells recreational mini-scuba tanks and accessories. When purchasing our products, the customer is required to carefully read the user manual and safety instructions and to follow these guidelines. The use of our products is at the customer's own risk.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. AeroDive accepts the following payment methods:

- Klarna
- MasterCard
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Maestro
- PayPal
- Visa
- American Express (Amex)
5. Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 are usually delivered the next business day. However, delivery time can take 1-2 business days. Deliveries are made within the Netherlands and possibly internationally, unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Exchange / return period:
- The consumer has (at least) 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
- Then ( at least) 14 days to return the product.
- After registering the return do you have as a retailer (maximum) 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.
Additional conditions:
- Exchanges: Exchanging products is free of charge.
- Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exceptions: Products that have been assembled or used once cannot be returned, partly due to hygiene measures.
- Money Back Guarantee:The amount due will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
7. Warranty and Complaints
All AeroDive products come with a one-year warranty.
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@aerodive.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
8. Liability
AeroDive is not liable for damage resulting from the use of its products. This is also described in the user manual and safety instructions. The use of our products is always at the customer's own risk.
9. Privacy
Customers' personal data will not be used for purposes other than processing the order and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Changes to General Terms and Conditions
AeroDive reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes by email.
11. Applicable law
All agreements and legal relationships between AeroDive and its customers are governed by Dutch law.
