Report a complaint to AeroDive
Do you have a complaint? Please let us know immediately by email at info@aerodive.nl . Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will contact you within 5 business days to discuss your complaint and find a solution.
Mediation via WebwinkelKeur
If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your dispute to WebwinkelKeur for mediation. More information about this option can be found via the following link: WebwinkelKeur Disputes .
Complaints registration within the EU
For consumers within the EU, it is also possible to file a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you can file it via this platform.
